    Sibling Discount: Families with multiple students in kindergarten through 12th grade are eligible for the following discounts:
    • 2 Students - 10% discount off 2nd child
    • 3 or more Students - 20% discount off after first child
    *The oldest child will be first

    Referral Discount: 20% discount per household in kindergarten through 12th grade up to 50%

    Paid in Full Discount: 5% discount per student if paid in full by May 31, 2024, 3% discount per student if paid in full by June 30, 2024, and 1% discount if paid in full by August 31, 2024

  • A payment management system is used for billing and tuition collection. Payments in full will be handled by the main office. If you have any questions, please contact our office at (503) 259-1329.

    Ten-Month Payment Plan: Payments are processed through a payment management system by automatic deduction from your bank account or credit card on the 7th of each month. The payments begin in August of the current year and end in May of the following year. Monthly payments can also be made in person via cash, check, or credit card.

    Note: credit card transactions are subject to a 2.5% processing fee. Late payments are subject to a $75 late fee.

    Financial Aid is available for families with students in kindergarten through 12th grade that meet certain financial criteria and that have paid the application and enrollment fees. Financial aid application information may be obtained from the Life Christian School office.

International Students

Thank you for considering Life Christian School! Our school is located in Aloha, Oregon, a suburb of Portland, and is within 2 hours of the majestic Cascade Mountains to the east and the spectacular Pacific Ocean coast to the west.

Life Christian School has a vision to serve students from all over the world by providing a supportive setting where they can grow in academics, and experience the love of Christ through their participation in the activities of Life Christian. We are fully accredited and offer a rigorous college-prep curriculum. Our teachers are caring and provide a challenging education from a Biblically-based worldview, and our small class sizes enable students to receive individual attention. International students are welcome to participate in our sports programs and other extra-curricular activities.

Life Christian School requires all international students to possess a TOEFL score of 75 or higher to enroll. We may suggest students send us a video or participate in a Skype or FaceTime conversation if hovering around 75. Furthermore, all students must carry a full course load and perform at the comparable grade level of an American student fulfilling all academic requirements.

As an international student at Life Christian you may live with your family or relatives, or you will be placed with a qualified host family who can provide additional support for you during your intercultural journey.

    1. Complete the International Student Application Packet and send with required documents (academic letter of recommendation, recent academic report cards, TOEFL score, essay written by the student stating why they wish to attend Life Christian, and description of their personal faith) and $125 application fee to Life Christian School. Processing the application may take two to three weeks.

    2. If you are accepted, we will send you a form I-20 “Certificate of Eligibility” and a letter of acceptance which you will take to the Embassy.

    3. Go online and pay the I-901 fee of $200 (https://www.fmjfee.com/i901fee/). This payment is made directly to the U.S. government. After you make the payment, print out a receipt to take to the Embassy.

    4. Make an appointment with the U.S. Embassy for a Student Visa interview. You will need to take the following documents:

      1. Passport

      2. I-20 “Certificate of Eligibility”

      3. I-901 payment receipt

      4. Letter of acceptance from Life Christian School

    5. When you receive a visa, notify the Life Christian office as soon as possible either by phone at (503) 259-1329 or by email to Lindsay Matthews.

    6. Send a copy of your airline itinerary and other travel plans to Life Christian School.
